Return Policy

  • Items must be returned to our studio within 14 days of receipt.
  • Items must be unworn, in new condition.
  • Items must have all tags, including any JAKIMAC hangtags, attached.
  • Any pieces marked "Final Sale" or "Sample" cannot be returned.

We want you to absolutely love your JAKIMAC piece, so exchanges are on us! We are happy to send you a pre-paid label to exchange your item for a different size, color option, or even pick out a new piece. If you're picking out a new piece, we can process the exchange as credit towards your new piece, and refund any different in price. If youre picking out an item that costs more than your original purchase, we can send you a Paypal invoice for the difference. Or Venmo us. We make it easy :)

To begin the exchange process, shoot us an e-mail at customercare@jakimac.com. We got you!

Email us at customercare@jakimac.com and let us know the reason for your return.   Your items must be shipped back to us, tags on, and in their original packaging, unworn. We cannot return any worn items. If you're interested in using some of our pieces for a photoshoot, video, or artistic project, we do lend out samples! Get in touch with us and we can chat!

You can pack and ship your item yourself, or if you'd like, we can print a pre-paid label for you. Drop off at your nearest USPS branch, or place in your mailbox for your postal carrier to pickup. Makes sure to pack your item well!

We can also print a pre-paid return label for you. A return shipping fee fo $5.99 will be deducted from your return refund.  

 

Once we recieve your returned item/s back in our studio, we will process your return ASAP and refund the amount of the purchase to your original method of payment.   Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We are not able to provide a pre-paid return label for international returns, so you must ship your item back to us through your local postal carrier.
